The evidence required depends on what is moving. For gemstones and diamonds, that may include an independent laboratory report and a physical inspection against the brief. For precious metals, it may include refinery documentation and independent assay results. For finished jewellery, samples, workmanship, tolerances, and finish are checked before a production order proceeds.
Independent reports are issued by the relevant laboratory, assay office, or specialist — not by Toblero. We coordinate the checks, review the documentation supplied, and keep the decision trail with the order.
